I operate a consultancy service designed to address the needs of executive management teams, with particular emphasis on the area of corporate performance.

My method works equally effectively for both large and small organisations.

I do not attempt to teach clients how to run their business.

I use a structured, interactive process which concentrates the experience, judgement and ambition of the management team, to establish the key parameters for effective corporate performance, over the strategic plan period.

The most significant outcome of the process is client management consensus on key issues, priorities and actions.

An appropriate consultancy workshop can be commissioned and delivered rapidly, and represents excellent value for money.
