The Corporate
Performance Workshop (CPW)
is a consultancy process
which enables an executive
team to improve corporate
performance by analysing the
basics of the enterprise,
assessing current
performance and determining
improvement actions.
The analysis begins by
developing a consensus
statement of the mission of
the enterprise.
This is further refined by
identifying those factors
which are critical to the
successful achievement of
the mission.
These basics are extended by
a matrix analysis of the key
business processes against
the critical success
factors, with a consensus
judgement of the current
performance of the
processes.
This matrix enables the
identification of the
processes currently most
critical to the success of
the enterprise.
These processes constitute
the prime focus for
determining actions to
optimise corporate
performance, and allocating
executive responsibility for
each action.
